Bedroom 1 (master) is adjacent to the pool terrace, is en suite and has a double bed.
Bedroom 2 is adjacent to the pool terrace and has twin beds.
Bedroom 3 is on the side of the house and has twin beds.
The dining area is open plan and is large and spacious and shares an open serving hatch with the kitchen. The lounge area has seating for six.
Outside is a generous size terraced area with 8m x 4m swimming pool and a shaded barbecue / dining area.
Excellent for golfers as Boavista Golf Course is just a 5min drive away.
We recommend that a car is necessary.
