Inspection Visits

We can visit your property and check that everything is OK. A detailed report is sent to the property owner after each visit.

24hr Help Line

We are on call 24hrs a day to help you with any property issues.

Payment of Bills

We can pay all your bills like gas, electricity, water etc, on time.

Mail Collection

We can collect your mail for you on each inspection visit and attend to it as instructed by you. (forward it to you or open it on your behalf). A FREE service f we rent out your property for you.

Key Handling

We can hold all of the keys to your property for safe keeping in case of emergency. A FREE service if we rent out your property for you.

Cleaning

We can clean when instructed to keep your property looking it's best. Rental cleaning for arrivals, mid stay, departures.

Laundry

We can collect your dirty laundry, record it and then return it to your property when laundered.

Supermarket Shopping

We can travel to the supermarket with a shopping list you provide and return the items to your property ready for your arrival or your guests.

Owner Bookings

We can provide a meet and greet service for your guests and handle the collection of any monies due from an owner's own rentals.

Rental Bookings

If your property has a rental licence, then we can market and rent your property on your behalf. For this service, we charge a commission based upon the total rental amount. We can help you to obtain a rental licence if required for a small fee.

Food Packs

We can provide our standard food packs delivered to your guests at your property. We have three options small, medium and large containing what we believe are the most common items.

Pool Maintenance

We can provide pool cleaning services. Prices are based upon the type and size of your swimming pool.

Garden Maintenance

We can provide garden maintenance. Prices are based upon the type and size of your garden or by hourly rate.

RENTAL LICENCE

We only list rental properties WITH A VALID RENTAL LICENCE.
If your property is not within a registered tourist development and it is being let for holiday rentals, then by law your property must be registered and licenced by the local authority.
BlueZoneProperty can help you to obtain your Rental Licence by organising the necessary gas and electrical inspection certificates and also provide the necessary safety equipment.
