The following General Terms & Conditions apply unless indicated on individual property details.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
Check In: After 4pm
Check Out: Before 10am
Earlier Check In or Later Check Out may be possible if the accommodation is not occupied the day before or after the rental period. However, any
deviation from these times must be confirmed in writing by email from Blue Zone Property.
MINIMUM STAY
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
SMOKING
We have a general NO SMOKING policy inside all properties available for rental from Blue Zone Property, unless indicated on individual property details.

RESERVATION
After we have confirmed that the property is available, we will email to you the Blue Zone Property RESERVATION FORM which you must complete and return to us.
PAYMENT
A deposit of 50% is required within 1 week from reservation.
(If we do not receive the deposit payment within 1 week, the property will again be made available for others to book.)
(For bank transfers, please understand that you will have to transfer the amount due and cover any bank charges incurred for a foreign bank transfer.)
The remaining 50% is to be paid by bank transfer or cheque within 8 weeks of your arrival date.
The remaining amount can also be paid upon your arrival, but this must be in cash before the handover of the keys.
Methods of payment:
We accept payment by Bank transfer , Cheque or Cash in Euros.

DURING YOUR STAY
The property must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
You must respect the privacy of others and adhere to acceptable levels of noise and sociable behaviour during the period of your stay.
The owners or Blue Zone Property cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, breakage or robbery to you or your personal property or posessions
for the duration of your stay.
All damage or breakages must be reported to Blue Zone Property immediately.
BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
To ensure that the property owners are protected from damage or breakages, we will require a Breakage Deposit to be made.
This can be added to the initial payment amount or paid in cash Euros upon your arrival. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure date
less any deductions for damage or breakage which are not classed as normal wear and tear caused during your stay. We aim to return this as soon as possible after
a satisfactory inspection of the property.
